We've surely become a nation of self absorbed idiots. Nothing matters to the majority apart from the next stupid sitcom, a full gas tank for the Suburban and a belief that they are special simply for being American. I despise a culture that only thinks it's free because they're too lazy to see the truth. We are on the edge of our own existence and should be ashamed that it came to this. Our deteriorating standing in the world's view is much deserved. So little time has passed since the U.S. was the great liberator that its own people fail to see it's decline. Another Boston tea party is past due, this time it would be to address our leadership.
